I’m an experienced leader and people manager in strategy, end-to-end user-centered product research and design, creative direction, marketing, and technology innovation for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C brands from start-ups to global Fortune 100 companies.
I effectively lead strategic engagements, complex digital product development, and large design teams. I have a strong agency and consultancy background so am comfortable in ambiguity, can quickly jump in and make impact. My enterprise experience demonstrates my ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and to communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues of all levels and disciplines.
I have a passion for human-centered, data-driven product design and have been fortunate to work in emerging technologies throughout my career, including designing AI-powered experiences. When I’m not working, I enjoy writing fiction, making art, watching movies, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family in Seattle, WA.
